About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for experienced administration professionals to join our Prosecutions Support Team and provide critical administration support to our Prosecutions Unit.
Key tasks include:
Creating and filing court attendance notices Investigate and compile court attendance notice submissions for Prosecutors, along with compiling submissions for court elected infringement notices Reviewing infringement representations and obtaining prosecutorial requests such as traffic records and registration certificates Liaising with internal stakeholders – Prosecutions, Camera Compliance and Intelligence units Liaising with participating jurisdiction revenue agencies, police and state government General administrative duties including monitoring the central inbox, drafting documents and reporting Maintaining confidentiality and displaying utmost professional integrity when dealing with sensitive matters What's on Offer We have two permanent, fulltime positions based in Glen Innes or Tamworth.
