In this Proprietary Lending Region Executive role, you will:
Lead an expert team of bankers to deliver on the signature customer experience and management of colleague banking experiences to build customer advocacy! Build & leverage strong relationship and coaching skills to achieve business unit goals. Be responsible for onboarding, coaching and deployment of resources within the team including career/succession planning, colleague leave management, and recruitment. Role model Distinctive Leadership and coaching to implement and embed Premier Ways of Working. What you'll bring:
Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of delivering & driving strong & consistent results. Extensive experience in retail/commercial banking and/or credit assessment & management. Proven track record in leading teams to deliver complex sales. Ability to lead strategic initiatives, identify business opportunities and implement complex strategic plans.
