About the role : As the Telco Proposition Manager, your focus will be on driving profitable customer growth, by increasing acquisition and reducing churn, as well as enhancing cross-selling for a better retailer experience.
The position seeks an experienced professional skilled in fostering stakeholder relationships and achieving results at a senior level. This individual must be self-driven, able to work independently, and proficient in collaborating with various stakeholders. A thorough understanding of the telecommunications sector would be advantageous but not compulsory.  
What you'll do: Define and communicate value propositions for mobile, NBN, and voice products.
Lead targeted initiatives to improve product performance, aligned with AGL's strategy and aimed at enhancing customer value and revenue metrics.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights, identify customer segments, and inform decision-making.
Contribute to managing AGL's telco categories, identifying growth opportunities and prioritizing activities.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of go-to-market initiatives.
Set clear objectives and goals for each initiative and oversee key ceremonies and testing activities.
About you: Demonstrated experience in Product Management, GTM Management or Proposition Management. 
Hold a strong passion for customers and ensuring they are the centre of everything you do. 
Previous telecommunications experience – preferred not compulsory.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience leading cross functional teams.
Ability to understand the legal and regulatory framework In the telecommunications industry. 
Experience with JIRA and confluence – Desirable.
