About the Role
Due to our continued growth and success, we are looking for an experienced Proposals Coordinator to join our Estimating Team in our Head Office based in the Perth CBD on a full-time basis. As a Proposals Coordinator with us, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and submissions of proposals. Working collaboratively with the estimating team and wider business, you will respond to and administer the proposal development process to ensure proposals are complete, compliant and well written.
In addition, some of your key tasks will include:
Being the central point of contact on proposal and bid preparation requirements.
Providing accrual and timely administrative support to the Estimating Manager and Estimating Team as required.
Monitoring proposal content to ensure compliance to requirements, evaluation criteria and technical specifications.
Assisting in the development of bids and proposals including research, drafting, coordination, review and refining of tender submissions.
About You
To be successful in this position you will have at least 3 years' experience in a similar position within the energy and resources industry and hold tertiary qualifications in business administration or similar. You will be able to demonstrate your excellent communication and organisational skills and your ability to balance workload and conflicting priorities, plan and make decisions.
In addition, you will be able to demonstrate the following:
High level attention to detail.
Excellent writing skills.
The ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
A can-do attitude and proactive approach.
The ability to work both within a team and independently.
Strong skills using MS Office Suite.
Understanding of and experience in the use of document control software.
