See where your commitment could take you.Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:Producing sharp narratives and engaging communications pieces for internal and external audiencesEditing, writing and creating content for major and strategic proposals, and client communicationBid planning and coordination, encouraging adherence to best practice and GHD's Winning Work Process, including formal review gates and QA requirementsCollaborating with technical teams on key messages and themes for proposals - facilitating/contributing to capture planning sessions, encouraging a client-centric approachWorking with proposals team to ensure content is relevant and targeted, providing guidance on structure and responsiveness as well as writing proposal content and providing solutions to improve overall quality, responsiveness, communication and brand complianceProviding coaching and mentoring for key technical authors to improve the quality of content in proposals and other communication to clientsWhat you will bring to the team:Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, journalism or similar and 5+ years' experience in a similar roleDemonstrated relevant experience in a communications or proposal lead role in a professional services firm with highly developed writing and editing skills.
Facilitation skills also desirableStrong organisational and project management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks, competing priorities and meet deadlinesStrategic leadership coupled with having experience in facilitation and workshops is highly desirableExperience in inDesign is highly desirableInterested?
