About the RoleDue to our continued growth and success, we are looking for an experienced Proposals Administrator to join our Estimating Team in our Head Office based in the Perth CBD on a full-time basis. As a Proposals Administrator with SCEE Electrical, you will be responsible for coordinating the preparation and submissions of tenders and proposals. Working collaboratively with the estimating team and wider business, you will respond to and administer the proposal development process to ensure proposals are complete, compliant, and well-written.
Some of your key tasks will include:
Being the central point of contact on proposal and bid preparation requirementsProviding accrual and timely administrative support to the Estimating Manager and Estimating Team as requiredMonitoring proposal content to ensure compliance with requirements, evaluation criteria, and technical specificationsAssisting in the development of bids and proposals including research, drafting, coordination, review, and refining of tender submissionsAbout YouTo be successful in this position, you will have at least 12 months of experience in a similar position within the energy and resources industry and hold tertiary qualifications in business administration or similar. You will be able to demonstrate your excellent communication and organisational skills and your ability to balance workload and conflicting priorities, plan, and make decisions.
