About the RoleMipac is seeking a dynamic Proposal Manager to join our Brisbane team. In this critical role, you will manage and direct the bid process for new business opportunities, from the Bid/No Bid stage through to contract award across our 3 offices in Brisbane, Perth and Tucson. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the end-to-end bid management activities, ensuring proposals are delivered on time, reflect Mipac's value proposition, and enhance our competitive position in the market.As a Proposal Manager, you will collaborate closely with Business Development Managers, Account Managers, and cross-functional teams to create high-quality, compelling submissions that align with client requirements and business objectives.
