Job Description About your new role We have a permanent opportunity to join our AU Growth Office team to support the delivery of bids and proposals to our current and future customers.
In this role, you will play a crucial role in drafting bid documents that meet specific proposal and technical requirements of tender responses submitted to our customers.
Your accountabilities will include: Write and edit bid proposals, ensuring they are tailored to the customer's requirements and align with Leidos requirements.
Standardising and editing technical documentation prepared by managers, engineers, architects and other subject matter experts Gather information from subject matter experts (SMEs) and analyse technical specifications to create compelling content Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the bid are accurately represented.
Review and proofread documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to company standards.
Evaluate past bids to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices in future submissions Assisting in the development of in house and project documentation.
Qualifications You'll have excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills along with good time management, planning and organising skills.
You are analytically minded with strong problem-solving skills and hold a high level of initiative and self-motivation.
You'll also have: Significant experience in technical and proposal writing Significant experience in editing to achieve a single voice across an entire document response Ability to understand complex technical information.
