About the RoleThe Property Transformation Manager describes and translates Group Property requirements into tangible outcomes.
This role is responsible for leading and overseeing transformation projects within the Property Group and involves strategic planning, project management, and collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance property value, efficiency, cost value, and sustainability.

What will your day look like?The role is accountable for: Developing and implementing transformation strategies for the ANZ property portfoliosManaging budgets and timelines to ensure initiatives are completed on schedule and within budgetIdentifying and implementing innovative solutions to enhance property performance, processes, and proceduresConducting market analysis to identify opportunities for property transformations and methodologies for managing the portfolioMaintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standardsFostering relationships with key property and business stakeholdersMonitoring and reporting on project progress and outcomes as it relates to transformationWhat will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: The 'must have' knowledge, skill, and experience (KSE) the role requires are: Proven experience as a Property Transformation Manager or similar roleStrong project management skills with a track record of successful project deliveryExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunitiesDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsQualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications in a technical contextSubstantial experience in the technology industryYou're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
