As our Property Technology Manager reporting to the General Manager for IT Operations & Services, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of property-based IT initiatives that include but are not limited to, infrastructure relocations and gaming floor moves along with supporting Capital Projects and Property Development as required.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will lead property-based field services support teams to provide timely, thorough, and consistent support services.
A few of your responsibilities: Lead the project initiation process by working collaboratively with IT Program Delivery, the aligned Enterprise Architect(s) and delivery colleagues (PM/PDM/Infra) to define scope and provide high level estimates for initiatives.Influence assigned business centre of excellence portfolio to ensure that the ongoing service delivery and support meet agreed customer requirements.Lead and drive day-to-day continuous improvement activities while providing the appropriate levels of support and coaching for junior team members (as required).Manage minor to medium project(s), initiatives and deliver customer facing outcomes.Support the effective management of assurance activities for the business as it pertains to identity and access, working with business stakeholders to define outcomes and business benefits for initiatives.What we are looking for: 7+ years of experience in an IT operational management role is essential.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential.Experience in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are essential.Previous experience managing complex projects is essential.Good understanding of the IT industry, related technology trends and practices are desirable.About you: You excel at building strong relationships with individuals at all levels and have a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously. Your approach fosters collaboration and ensures effective communication, enabling you to deliver results in dynamic environments.
Your role will be pivotal in driving impactful outcomes and shaping future solutions by leading and supporting business initiatives, while also overseeing incident management to help prioritise and resolve issues effectively.
