About the role We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Property Support Officer to provide essential administrative and operational support in a busy office environment.
This is a temporary 3-month role to fill a vacancy within the team, offering 3x days per week (8:30am to 4pm).
In this role, you will utilise your high-level administration skills in the preparation and perusal of property-related documents such as contracts, leases, and licenses, making your experience in the property management industry a valuable asset.
Duties Assist with the preparation, review, and processing of property-related documents such as contracts, leases, and licenses.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to coordinate property management activities.
Provide high-level administrative support to the team.
Manage and maintain property records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Maintain a high level of proficiency with corporate systems to generate reports, track documentation, and manage property data.
Skills and Experience Proven experience in managing complex administrative tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
Experience in the property management sector, with a focus on the preparation and review of contracts, leases, and licenses.
Strong accuracy in document handling, contract preparation, and maintaining organised records.
Proficiency in using corporate software and property management systems (or the ability to quickly pickup new systems and programs) for data entry, report generation, and document management.
