About this role We are looking for a Property Support Officer to join our growing Property Team based at our Head Office in Port Adelaide.

Role Overview The Property Support Officer will provide administrative and property support to the Group Property Manager and broader organisation, including liaising with tenants, financial support, information and systems management, preparing registers and document management.
Key Responsibilities Provide general support for property-related tasks, handling all necessary correspondence; Serve as the main contact for enquiries, offering property information and managing repair and maintenance requests from tenants and Port Lands users; Oversee the lease and licence renewal process, from sending notices to executing agreements and keeping records updated; Maintain databases with tenant information, key dates, and records of insurance and EPA licences for compliance; and Support finance tasks such as invoicing, purchase requisitions, rent roll updates, and other tasks to assist the property function.
About you Your skills and experience will include; Previous experience in an administration function in either a corporate or property environment; Experience in the management of administration tasks and systems; Advanced written / verbal communication skills; Operate with continual improvement in mind to identify and implement efficiencies across the function; Strong customer focus and committed to service excellence; Highly motivated with the ability to take ownership of tasks from inception through to completion; and Able to work on a number of tasks concurrently.
