Find a career that matters and lasts As a Property Governance and Strategy Team Leader you will lead the collaboration with Property Team staff to develop frameworks and implement systems, processes, and standards for property asset administration, ensuring the protection and efficient management of land interests.
Here's how: Oversee the creation and implementation of policies and procedures for property acquisition to ensure compliance and deliver commercially sound outcomes.
Develop and manage strategies to optimize the property portfolio and rights in land, ensuring effective management of Powerlink property assets.
Building and maintaining networks to stay informed on property industry trends, legislation, and authority requirements is crucial for providing relevant property-related advice.
Coordinate strategic advice and land requirements for key projects, supporting the transition of the transmission network to facilitate renewable energy connections.
