About the Role: Your role is to provide professional advice and guidance to our members regarding investing in property.
You will analyze market trends, assess the potential risks and returns of different investment opportunities, and develop strategies for your members to maximize their investment returns.
Your role involves researching the property market, identifying investment opportunities, and providing recommendations on the best properties.
Responsibilities: Conducting face-to-face and Zoom sessions with members to build a tailor-made property portfolio plan.
Liaising with our investment lending team.
Presenting shortlisted properties and positioning members with the most suitable properties for them based on their property portfolio plan.
Managing a pipeline of members throughout various stages of the property purchasing process.
Ensuring a positive end-to-end member experience.
Generating new prospects from referrals.
Key Skills & Qualities: Proven track record of sales success within the property investment industry.
Proficient with standard computer systems.
Experience with CRM systems.
Sets high goals and commits to achieving them.
Always puts the success of our valued members first.
Essential Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate investment or asset management.
Experience in financial analysis, due diligence, and property management.
Proven track record of successful property investments.
Experience with commercial real estate is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field.
Real estate license or relevant certifications are a plus.
