Prior real estate experience is essential, as well as holding a real estate agent license, open driver's license, and a clear police history.About the RoleCoordinate property research and presentations to meet client outcomes.Liaise with clients, builders, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure smooth communication and successful project delivery.Support the marketing team with input on property campaigns and attend client functions to build lasting relationships.Provide property insight in client meetings and support other business areas to ensure exceptional service and client satisfaction.Identify process improvements and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the team's efficiency.What We're Looking For:At least two years prior real estate (sales) or buyer's agent experience.You are passionate about delivering exceptional service with great attention to detail.Your time management and prioritisation skills help you stay ahead of deadlines, even under pressure.Sound IT skills with the ability to prepare property information packs using our systems and software.Sound knowledge and continued research capabilities of real estate and market trends, particularly in Southeast Queensland.Why You'll Love Working with Us:Wealthmed Australia is a financial planning practice with its own AFSL, specialising in advice for medical, dental, and allied health professionals.
