Tasks & responsibilities Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating property documents including contracts of sale, leases, and conveyancing documents.Conducting due diligence investigations into property and title searches.Advising clients on a broad range of property-related matters, including residential, commercial, and industrial property transactions.Representing clients in negotiations and settlements.Liaising with clients, other solicitors, real estate agents, and financial institutions to ensure transactions proceed smoothly and efficiently.Staying updated with changes in property law and practice.The successful candidate should possess the following skills: Proficiency in the Chinese languageA minimum of 3-4 years of experience post-admissionExceptional written and verbal communication capabilitiesCapacity to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting as neededRobust legal research skills and analytical aptitudeAttention to detailEffective time management abilitiesA willingness to learnExperience in using legal software and PEXA would be highly regardedAbout us Alton Legal is a well-established law firm located in the heart of Sydney's Central Business District.
