The role will also be required to provide advice on legislation relevant to Council, and general legal advice applicable to the operations of local government. Providing timely, high quality and strategically aligned legal advice to Council with a focus upon property law.About YouOur ideal applicant will have detailed knowledge of and experience in property law (more than 5 years post-admission experience is highly desirable) with general practice legal experience, along with experience in legal research and writing legal opinions.You would be experienced in local government, planning and development, commercial, and criminal law, and have excellent problem-solving skills.How to ApplyYour application can be submitted through the 'Apply' button.
