About The Role The City is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Property Services Officer to join the Commercial Business Group. As a Property Services Officer, you will be responsible for preparing and managing leases and licenses for City-owned properties, providing guidance to asset owners, and supporting general property matters. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to manage debtors and creditors related to the City's property assets and assist in communication processes with the public regarding our property assets.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and knowledge of leasing procedures, market analysis, reporting, letter writing, and property matters in a commercial setting. You will be eager to promote a positive and professional image of the City by maintaining good relationships with the community.
