Wrest Point Hotel and Casino are looking for a Property Services Manager. The position is a salaried job, based on a 38-hour week. The role is both hands-on and office based.
You will have a broad range of knowledge across the following:
ElectricalMechanicalHVACFireWork Health and SafetyBuilding RegulationsIn this role you will report to the General Manager of Wrest Point Casino.
You will need to demonstrate the ability to lead an internal team of diverse trades person, as well as liaise with other property business units, build rapport with and provide direction to contractors, and develop relationships with suppliers. Whilst knowledge of the hospitality industry is not required, an understanding of how the maintenance team operates within this environment will be needed within a short timeframe. Initiative, problem solving, and communication skills are essential to meeting the fast-paced needs of the Hotel.
Scheduling and oversight of statutory and preventative maintenance and preparing electronic reports in line with company guidelines and statutory requirements are key to the position.
