About the role
OneCare currently have an exciting Full-Time
opportunity for a skilled and motivated Property Services Coordinator to join our team at Barossa Park Lodge.
This position is responsible for undertaking maintenance and grounds activities to a high standard in accordance with the relevant legislation/acts and OneCare standards, plans, policies and guidelines.
The position is also accountable for coordinating and responding to maintenance activities for Barossa Park Lodge and impending Independent Living Units.
As Property Services Coordinator
the successful applicant will: Review and develop the facilities maintenance and works programs.
Ensure all buildings meet service requirements and are WH&S compliant.
Manage staff including the allocation of work and performance management.
Lead and implement WH&S policy, procedure and processes throughout the facility.
Assist with contract management.
Coordinate & deliver gardening and maintenance assistance.
What you bring to the role
Demonstrated experience in coordination of commercial facilities management including the supervision of a maintenance team.
Motivation and a passion to provide excellent service to our residents Warm and friendly personality Able to work autonomously Committed to safe work practices Working knowledge of relevant legislative, regulatory and industry requirement.
