Troocoo are excited to be partnered with a national logistics company to find their next Property Coordinator, to manage a number of their properties which include depots, office sites, and new developments. This role will see you being responsible for projects across their property and facilities management and ongoing maintenance, working closely with the property developers, project managers, and site managers across exciting sites, site upgrades, and new fit-outs. This role is for an individual who enjoys keeping their day highly organised and involves lots of travel across Australia on a weekly basis.

Duties include but are not limited to: Property maintenance and ongoing facilities managementProject management and coordination with real estate projects and programsEnsuring new sites are ready to be open and operationalAssist in preparing detailed construction cost estimates and documentation for securing project funding approvalsCoordinate project teams with diverse skill sets and responsibilitiesDevelop and manage project schedules, activities, and budgetsOversee all project communications, including status updates and progress reportsManage the selection process and performance of consultants, contractors, and other external vendors, including interactions with local councilsCollaborate with key stakeholders to educate and communicate changes related to future workplace and cultural aspirations based on project requirementsSkills & Experience: Ability to work independently and effectively supervise consultants and contractorsProven experience in managing projects and budgets to meet deadlines and resource constraints5+ years of experience in Facilities Management or a related field involving the operation and management of commercial premisesBusiness degree preferred, but not essentialExperience in Project ManagementThis is a great opportunity for someone wanting to truly own their own role and create a long-term future.
