Property Senior Analyst - Private Credit Our client is seeking a Senior Analyst for their Private Credit team, specialising in Property. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly growing financial services company.

What you'll do: Assess the creditworthiness and risk associated with real estate-backed loans and investments Evaluate both the property itself and the borrower's financial capacity Review financial statements, tax returns, rent rolls, and property operating statements Prepare detailed development feasibility modelling Analyse market conditions, property valuations, and potential risks Conduct thorough due diligence, including site visits Create detailed credit reports, recommend appropriate loan terms and conditions Advise on risk mitigation strategies for approval by IC Structure and negotiate terms for subordinated credit and complex/high-risk credit investments What you bring: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Property Economics Knowledge of property valuation methods and real estate market dynamics Skill in assessing property market trends, occupancy rates, and rental income projections Capability to evaluate collateral and conduct sensitivity analysis Familiarity with commercial real estate sectors (office, retail, industrial, multifamily) 2-5 years of experience in property credit Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial calculations Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and presentations Ability to work effectively in a team and liaise with various departments What sets this company apart: Our client is a leading player in the financial services industry they have achieved continued growth since their establishment.
