Join Hunter Water as a Property Project Officer and play a pivotal role in supporting our Property & Services team.
About the Role Reporting to the Property Manager, you will provide vital administrative and project management support, ensuring the seamless operation of our property management functions.
Key Responsibilities: Manage property systems including Console software, arrears control, and property access coordination.
Handle internal and external customer enquiries, escalating as necessary.
Oversee bookings, contractor coordination, and maintenance for Chichester Cottage.
Maintain electronic document management and support financial reporting processes.
Assist in project management initiatives within the Property & Services team.
Provide administrative support, including meeting scheduling, minute-taking, and team event coordination.
Manage invoices, purchase requisitions, and improve governance through robust administrative controls.
Develop and document team processes.
Support emergency and operational responses as required, including possible out-of-hours work.
Essential Skills and Experience: Proven experience in business administration (2-3 years).
Experience in property or project administration.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with intranet systems (e.g., SharePoint) and document management software (e.g., TRIM).
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Knowledge of corporate governance practices.
Desirable Qualifications: Formal qualifications in Administration, Property, or Business.
Experience in infrastructure or utilities environments.
