Your Opportunity: Are you an energetic and experienced Property Project Manager ready to take on a pivotal role? We are looking for someone just like you to lead the project management and performance processes for Aruma's property portfolio.
Reporting directly to the General Manager Property, you will be at the forefront of enhancing our portfolio's performance while ensuring successful project delivery through robust governance and adherence to high standards.
In this key role, you will lead and manage the project management and performance processes for Aruma's property portfolio.
Your mission will be to enhance portfolio performance and ensure the successful delivery of a diverse array of property projects.
These projects will span from development and construction to office relocations, strategic property initiatives, and even the more routine tasks of reporting and performance analysis.
You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining governance and compliance frameworks, as well as overseeing property development, financial management, OH&S, and risk management.
You bring a strong background in property and project management, with expertise in governance, compliance, property development, financial management, and OH&S.
Your exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with property partners, developers, government agencies, and contractors will be crucial in driving commitment and achieving project outcomes within budget and timelines.

Why You'll Love This Role: Drive Purposeful Change: Oversee the performance, governance, compliance, and project deliverables to ensure maximum property portfolio performance and timely completion of projects within budget.
Optimise and Elevate: Conduct analysis and implement user-friendly property policies to drive efficient asset acquisition, relocations, compliance, and operational improvements.
Build Meaningful Connections: Collaborate with stakeholders, supporting the implementation of partnership models, governance frameworks, and performance metrics to achieve Aruma's commercial property objectives.
About You: Demonstrated commitment to Aruma Values and Code of Conduct.
Bachelor's or relevant tertiary qualification and/or full accreditation with a relevant Professional Association or Peak Body.
Broad property industry knowledge (10+ years' experience), with strong project management experience in a fast-paced and complex property sector environment.
Desired exposure to any of the following areas: Workplace design and relocation projects.
Change and communications management.
Acquisition and divestment transaction management.
Property development planning and construction.
Property portfolio compliance and governance frameworks.
Proactive management of stakeholders, partners, and contractors.
Analytics and performance frameworks for a property portfolio.
Project Management Certification.
High-level computer literacy in Word, Excel, Property Management Systems (Urbanise), and Project Management tools, such as MS Project.
A Current Australian Driver's License.
