ABOUT THE ROLE We have an exciting opportunity for a Property & Procurement Services Officer to join the team on a Permanent Full-Time basis, Monday to Friday at our Kensington office.
An option to work Part-Time, four (4) days a week is available for the right candidate.
Reporting to the Manager, Property and Procurement, you will be responsible for purchasing goods and services for the business and arranging staff travel as part of service delivery.
DUTIES Responsibilities include however are not limited to: Liaise with stakeholders and suppliers to determine and fulfill purchasing requirements.
Facilitate travel and accommodation arrangements for staff.
Process and manage purchase orders, ensuring compliance with policies.
Monitor and coordinate deliveries, maintaining accurate records.
Provide purchasing and travel reports and reconcile accounts monthly.
Maintain the maintenance register and ensure preventative maintenance programs are up to date.
ABOUT YOU The successful candidate will be highly organised and have strong communication skills together with the following: Previous purchasing and/or procurement experience.
Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Excellent numeracy and computer skills.
Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and customers.
Proficient in computerised purchasing systems.
National Police Clearance issued within the last 6 months In addition, as part of our commitment to being a Child Safe organisation, successful candidates are required to provide their Immunisation History Statement.
While immunisations are highly encouraged, they are not mandatory.
