Real Estate & Property Property Development Melbourne Permanent / Full Time Lead the strategic planning and execution national property portfolio Management of industrial leasing operations Be part of an Executive Team National Property Portfolio Manager As the National Property Portfolio Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering strategic advice.
This position involves collaboration with key stakeholders, including the CEO, CFO, and external partners, to develop and implement a comprehensive property strategy that supports long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a national property strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on long-term growth and operational efficiency.
Day-to-Day Management of Leasing: Oversee the day-to-day management of leasing for industrial tenants, ensuring compliance and optimisation of lease agreements.
Industrial Development: Bring high-level understanding and experience in industrial development, identifying and targeting opportunities that enhance facilities.
Lease Negotiation: Manage lease negotiations, focusing on rent metrics to achieve favorable outcomes that align with the company's financial objectives.
Executive Presentations: Prepare and present concise and compelling proposals to executives, ensuring that all recommendations are supported by sound economic justification and strategic insights.
Essential Qualifications Degree in Property or a related discipline.
10-15 years of industrial/commercial experience in the property market, with a strong emphasis on industrial development and leasing management.
Strong business, planning, and financial skills, with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
Ability to travel interstate  Desirable Qualities Strategic planning and problem-solving capabilities.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
A customer-focused attitude to ensure optimal service delivery.
