About the opportunity: Your main responsibilities will be to manage the residential & commercial properties including:
Property inspections Processing tenancy applications Trust accounting Property maintenance Regular contact with landlords Facilitating landlord statements Lead and guide the Keith PM team Creditor payments About you: Applicants with prior Property Management experience, who are well presented, have a desire to learn, a friendly but professional communication style, and experience with the Property Tree program will be at a distinct advantage. A valid driver's license and reliable motor vehicle is essential to this role, and candidates will require a current Property Manager's Licence in SA.
