The Property Operations Manager, reporting to the Senior Manager Property Operations, offers the opportunity to manage and facilitate the Property Operations team and assist in the co-ordination of building maintenance works across our property to ensure a positive experience is had by team members and guests. This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for our Property Operations team.
A few of your responsibilities: Providing day to day technical support to the Property Operations teamLead and inspire direct and indirect reportsProactively engage stakeholders to ensure on site client's expectations are metDevelop and oversee all aspects of Asset management plans and planned maintenance schedulesAction work requests in a timely mannerCoordinate all quality assurance processes ensuring best outcomesWhat we are looking for: Qualifications in Facilities management or Building MaintenanceKnowledge of hotel and building facilitiesExperience in operating budgets and leading a teamAlignment with The Star's purpose, value and principlesAbout you: You are a hands-on leader who specialises in optimising the performance, maintenance and safety across our property.
Your approach blends strategic planning with problem solving to ensure that all operational functions are running smoothly, efficiently and cost-effectively.
