This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a highly reputable team.Key Responsibilities:Support a Senior Property Manager in managing a portfolio of properties.Effectively liaise with tenants and handle inquiries.Attend Tribunals when required.Conduct incoming, outgoing, and routine inspections.Manage repairs and maintenance for properties.Oversee arrears control and follow-up.Assist with rental increase recommendations and lease renewals.Work towards meeting targets and KPIs.Experience & Qualifications:Minimum of 5+ years' experience in property management.Certificate of Registration (COR) in real estate.Own a car (for travel to inspections and meetings).Familiarity with systems such as RP Data.Work Schedule:Monday to Friday with rotating weekends.If you have the required experience and are passionate about property management, we would love to hear from you.
