Property Officer - Pm Support

Seeking a dedicated Property Officer to join our residential property management team, providing crucial support to property managers and leasing activities.
The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with tenants, landlords, and vendors.
A real estate certificate or license is essential, along with access to own car and driver's license, as the role requires travel to properties across Sydney's inner west and eastern suburbs.
This role will be based at our Balmain office.

Key Responsibilities: Assist property managers with property inspections and preparation of inspection reports.Coordinate maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolutions by liaising with contractors and vendors.Manage lease agreements including processing applications, conducting reference checks, and coordinating lease signings.Handle property marketing administration, including creating listings, managing advertising, and organising property viewings.Provide leasing administration support, assisting with lease renewals and handling tenant inquiries.Ensure compliance with relevant property regulations and legislation.Respond professionally to tenant concerns and inquiries.Conduct rent reviews and assist with rental arrears management.Prepare and distribute property-related documentation such as notices and correspondence.Maintain accurate property records, including tenancy agreements, maintenance records, and financial transactions.Key Requirements: A valid real estate certificate or license is essential.Access to a car and a valid driver's license (travel across Sydney's inner west and eastern suburbs is required).Experience in residential property management is preferred but not mandatory.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.A positive and energetic personality with a passion for the real estate industry.Why Join Us?
