We are currently seeking an energetic, go-getter who is driven to get into the Real Estate Industry.
You will have 6+ months experience in real estate, a Certificate of Registration, drivers licence & reliable car.
The Role: Daily, you will be responsibilities will include: Landlord and Tenant communication Repairs and maintenance Arrears control Periodic, ingoing, outgoing and open home inspections Rental reviews and renewals Tribunal preparation and attendance Insurance claims Creating strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors The Candidate: Ideally 6 months experience in real estate Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act Superior level of customer service & problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication including proven negotiation skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure A genuine passion for property and people Exceptional attention to detail The ability to work well as a team and autonomously Preferred experience in Property Tree Certificate of Registration or License Drivers License & Own Car The Benefits: Paying up to $65K including super and car allowance FULL support & training provided Support a well respected Senior Property Manager & supportive team Excellent career progression - Move up in the company!
