Property Officer / Manager

Position: Property Portfolio Officer (3-Month Assignment, Potential for Extension) Location: Parramatta, NSW Pay Rate: $50.53/hr This role is ideal for a seasoned builder transitioning to project management and administrative work. The successful candidate will oversee property maintenance projects from an office, ensuring compliance and safety standards are met.
Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate property maintenance projects from the office. Review safety and compliance reports, acting as a liaison between contractors and clients. Evaluate documentation to ensure adherence to regulations. Provide expert advice on project management and problem resolution. Monitor project timelines and ensure quality standards. Qualifications: NSW Builders' License preferred but not mandatory. Proven experience in building and property management. Strong skills in report reviewing, communication, and multitasking. Highly organized with attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.
