As a Property Officer you will be responsible for: Handling & addressing rental inquiries via email and phone Conducting open homes Prepare properties for online advertising Preparing leases and lease packs Lease sign ups Liaising with landlords and tenants Ad hoc administration duties The successful candidate: We are seeking a highly driven individual with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a very busy team.
You will have: Previous Real Estate experience is essential A current Certificate of Registration/Real Estate License is essential Excellent attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - your ability to think outside the square will not go unnoticed!
