Property Marketing Manager

Our Development Team have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and strategic Property Marketing Manager to join our team based in Melbourne on a fixed term contract ending in April 2026.
About the role: You will be accountable for the marketing for the assigned Development project.
The ultimate objective is to support the Development project and provide target audiences with customer, place and product experiences consistent with the Lendlease brand and in doing so, deliver on the Development business and project financial objectives.
Your key responsibilities will include: Lead the development and implementation of campaigns across digital and offline channels to support project, sector and BU objectives Optimise the customer experience on project owned channels to deliver a best practice digital presence (including web, EDM, social) and support conversion Effectively manage multiple agency partners at a strategic and operational level Partner with Corporate Affairs supporting the embedment of the Development, sector and project value propositions, drive positive stories and position LL as an industry leader Proactively manage relationships with business stakeholders to communicate plans, activities, and achievements Set KPIs in line with the strategy for all activity and prepare and share quarterly reports on performance and learnings Attend key meetings and present marketing and communications updates as required for the project team Build relationships across CA&M to leverage specialist expertise About you: You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role and thrive in dynamic environments.
You will also have: Customer insights and marketing strategy development Experience with Digital channels, analytics and content creation and marketing Excellent written and verbal skills Commercial and financial skills Experience with planning, budget and program management At Lendlease we offer workplaces that unite diverse minds; where respect, equitable treatment and equitable opportunity are just the norm.
