Our client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to work a hybrid WFH and in-office role.
The Role: Managing a portfolio of circa 120 properties (Southside Portfolio). Predominantly new builds. Entry & exit condition reports. Liaising with tenants, landlords, and tradespeople. Maintenance and repairs. Ensuring compliance is up to date. End to end with support provided. Super clean portfolio. Culture & Benefits: Ability to work from home in your home office TWO DAYS per week! Flexible hours can be offered to the right candidate. Up to $85K + super + allowances. The Requirements: 2+ years experience in Property Management. The ability to work from home and autonomously without supervision. Hard-working and honest work ethic. Trustworthy and reliable. Current QLD Certificate of Registration. Drivers license. Strong communication skills with the ability to build mutually beneficial relationships.
