The Role: Portfolio Management of only 120 properties Toowoomba portfolio - local properties! WFH - full autonomy with satellite offices in Brisbane No trust accounting or invoicing Process and follow up on maintenance orders Prepare CMA's for lease renewals Issue leases Manage arrears Conduct exit reports Upload rental listings online Tenant sign-ups Liaise with owners and tenants Monday - Friday only - NO SATURDAY WORK! Requirements and Qualifications: Previous Property Management experience A current Certificate of Registration is essential Avalid driver's license Strong Communication and organisation skills are a MUST Previous experience using Property ME software advantageous Benefits: No trust in accounting or invoicing!
