The Role Property Manager required to manage a portfolio of roughly 120 properties Properties all within close proximity to the office No routines, no leasing, no trust accounting, & no BDM! Loads of support from the Leasing Officer, Administrator, and knowledgeable Head of Department Virtual Assistants for extra administrative support Cloud-based software used Culture & Benefits Relaxed, laid-back team culture Loads of support Generous salary on offer + take home company car Management are dedicated to keeping stress levels at a minimum Attend Awards nights and team get togethers Monday to Friday only, no weekend work!
