The Role Property Manager required to manage a portfolio of roughly 120 properties Properties all within close proximity to the office No routines, no leasing, no trust accounting, & no BDM! Loads of support from the Leasing Officer, Assistant Property Manager, Administrator, and knowledgeable Head of Department Cloud-based software used Culture & Benefits Relaxed, laid-back team culture Ongoing training and support Generous salary on offer + take home company car Management are dedicated to keeping stress levels at a minimum Attend Awards nights and team get togethers Monday to Friday only, no weekend work! The Requirements 1-2+ years experience as a Property Manager Open to Assistant Property Managers wanting to step up Must have current QLD Certificate of Registration Driver's license Excellent time management and conflict resolution skills Honest, energetic and a TEAM PLAYER!
