You will manage a high-quality, local portfolio in excellent condition, with responsibilities including:Building strong relationships with tenants and landlords.Conducting incoming, outgoing, and routine inspections.Overseeing repairs and maintenance management.Managing arrears and ensuring prompt payments.Recommending rental increases and lease renewals.Meeting targets and KPIs with confidence.Collaborating with a Leasing Consultant for added support.The portfolio size will be tailored to suit your strengths and ensure a manageable workload.About You:We are looking for a motivated, proactive Property Manager eager to grow their career.
