The Role:
Mainly Monday - Friday, this is an opportunity for a highly motivated and professional Property Manager who loves to work hard to achieve goals: Managing a local based portfolio, you will be responsible for:
Managing a portfolio of 120 properties, with leasing support Effectively liaise with Landlords Conduct ingoings, outgoings and routine inspections Complete repairs & maintenance management Arrears control Assist with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals Working towards targets and KPI's Assist with leasing when needed Monday - Friday (One Saturday a month) The Candidate: You will have experience in Property Management A Current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License Strong attention to detail You will be able to communicate with all types of people and be able to negotiate A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act Why you will LOVE this agency: Monday - Friday opportunity, one Saturday per month Team incentives and thank you (They know how hard you work and recognize that) They love team building & team bonding (Property Management breakfasts & contestant training sessions) Stunning Offices To Apply:
