High & negotiable salary at least $75,000 plus super - Inhouse role

A role has just become available in an agency with a great reputation and a long established cliental in the Southern suburbs. This agency have no staff turnover, as they support there staff and understand the challenges of Property Management.

The Role

Manage a portfolio end to end - only in house duties
NO Routine Inspections
Liaise with Landlords & Tenants
Manage Maintenance
Arrears Management
Required

QLD Certificate of Registration
Minimum 2 years experience managing your own portfolio
Valid Driver's license
Experience using Property Me & Inspect Real Estate Software highly desirable
The Perks

Monday - Friday - 8am-4pm- flexible

No routine inspections
Use of a company car including fuel
