The Role: Manage an exceptionally well-maintained portfolio Build strong, long-term relationships with landlords Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests Support from repairs & maintenance tea Resolve escalated issues and complaints Support from offshore administration NO leasing NO administration NO routines The Candidate: The Tools of the Trade – Certificate of Registration or License, car, drivers license A background in Property Management A natural relationship builder with exemplary customer service Immaculate personal presentation Strong negotiation and conflict resolutions skills The ability to work in a top performing team The Benefits: HUGE salary – up to $100K PLUS commissions– these are for just doing your job!
