Role Overview:
As the Property Manager/Leasing Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing a small portfolio of residential properties while being the first point of contact for our BDM.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the leasing process from marketing to tenant placement Conduct property inspections for your small portfolio Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants Manage perspective tenant and owner communications and resolve any issues promptly Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-maintained Qualifications: Hold a current Property Managers licence Hold a current driver's licence Proven experience in Property Management or leasing is preferred Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act 1995 Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks effectively What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Use of a company car Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Work-life balance with flexible hours How to Apply:
