The Role:

Step into a dynamic property management division, Monday to Friday, where you'll enjoy a locally based portfolio and robust support. Your exciting daily responsibilities will include:

Tailored Portfolio Management: Handle a portfolio that matches your expertise. Engaging Communication: Build strong relationships with tenants and landlords. Comprehensive Inspections: Conduct incoming, outgoing, and routine inspections with ease. Maintenance Oversight: Manage repairs and maintenance efficiently. Arrears Management: Keep financials on track. Strategic Recommendations: Assist in recommending rental increases and lease renewals. Previous Property Management Experience: Proven track record in the field. Certification & License: A current Certificate of Registration and Driver's License. Exceptional Skills: Outstanding organizational and time management abilities. Team Spirit: A supportive team player ready to assist where needed.
