The Role: Managing around 150-180 Properties - all local!Delivering exceptional customer service to your VIP PortfolioLiaising with landlords & tenantsNegotiating lease renewalsAttending NCAT as requiredNo IngoingsNo LeasingNo AccountsNo Weekends!Final InspectionsMonday - Friday OnlyGreat team & environment - No micromanaging!Fun & encouraging Directors!The Candidate:
Ideally a Property Manager with 2 + years of experienceMust be organised & have high attention to detailCurrent Certificate of Registration & Drivers LicenceHighly ambitious and driven!Passion for the Real Estate Industry!A strong team player and happy to offer support when neededThe ability to build & maintain new relationshipsExcellent presentation and communication skillsTO APPLY:
