About the Role:We are seeking a motivated and organised Property Manager to join this amazing team, overseeing a portfolio of 170-180 properties in the Warragul area. This role offers the opportunity to focus on providing excellent client service and efficient property management, with key routine inspections, trust accounting, and leasing handled separately.Key Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of 170-180 residential properties.Build strong relationships with RRPs and renters, ensuring a high level of service.Coordinate and manage maintenance requests and repairs.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company procedures.Assist with renter queries, rent reviews, and lease renewals.Handle any tenancy disputes, following established processes.Utilise property management software to maintain accurate records.What We Offer:Competitive salary + phone + laptopSupportive environment with routine inspections, trust accounting, and leasing managed separately.Career development and ongoing training opportunities.Collaborative and dynamic team culture.Skills & Experience:Prior experience in property management, ideally managing a similar-sized portfolio.Strong organisational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficient in property management software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of local property laws and regulations.
