About the role We are looking for a Commercial Asset Manager to join the growing team on a permanent, full-time basis. Our Commercial Asset Managers look after a portfolio of properties and generate portfolio growth through client relationships and cultivating new opportunities. Your industry experience and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs, will ensure you are successful in this role. Responsibilities As a Commercial Asset Manager you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships to understand their current and future needs by: Providing professional property management services to a portfolio of clients Identifying and cultivating new opportunities for new and existing clients' investments Manage the financial performance of the assets and provide recommendations to clients Preparing and managing budgets and business plans and reporting to clients Regular property inspections to ensure the highest level of presentation Managing capital projects on behalf of the client Working with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events About you To succeed at Elders, you: Have previous experience as a Commercial Asset Manager Have a Property Representative Licence (or have the ability to get one soon) Have excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills Have a keen eye for detail Be a team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised with good time management skills Have a customer centric focus Have financial and analytical skills Be smart, resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technology Hold a current Drivers Licence About Elders As a trusted Australian agribusiness, we have played an important role in the agricultural sector for 185 years.
