About the Role As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the professional management of assigned properties and tenants, ensuring high standards in operations, tenant relations, and financial performance. Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to handle a variety of tasks will be critical to maintaining and enhancing our real estate assets.
This is a Part-time role 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities Manage tenancy agreements, including termination notices, bond lodgments, and initial fund payments.Monitor arrears and oversee rent negotiations.Coordinate leasing activities such as open for inspections and tenant vetting.Manage property advertising on website portals.Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections, with preparation of comprehensive reports.Oversee repairs and maintenance in collaboration with the After Care team.Ensure compliance with fire inspections and other safety protocols.Attend tribunal hearings (NCAT) and manage related applications.Handle trust accounting tasks, including rent receipting, disbursing, and portfolio reconciliations.Prepare End of Month (EOM) and End of Financial Year (EOFY) statements.Manage water usage accounts and retrieval of funds from tenants.Deliver high-quality tenant experiences and maintain updated residents' manuals. What We're Looking For Minimum of 5 years' experience in real estate and property management.Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (preferred).Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
