About the Role
Propti Connect seeks a skilled and dedicated Property Manager to manage our residential property portfolio with care and efficiency.
This full-time position is based in Ingleburn, NSW, and offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional eager to contribute to our clients' investment success.
Key Responsibilities Oversee a portfolio of residential rental properties, managing tenant selection, lease agreements, property inspections, and maintenance requests.Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements, maintaining each property to high standards.Deliver responsive and professional service to landlords and tenants, addressing inquiries, needs, and concerns effectively.Conduct comprehensive property inspections (initial, final, and routine), providing thorough reports to landlords.Manage end-of-lease procedures, including bond claims and condition reports.Proactively market and lease vacant properties.Maintain organized property records and accurate documentation.Collaborate with the team to meet business goals and grow the portfolio through new business.Handle rent reviews, lease renewals, and conduct inspections as needed.Represent clients at NCAT, if required.Required Qualifications At least 2 years of property management experience, ideally in residential.Excellent communication and customer service skills, adept at building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and service providers.Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively handle multiple tasks.Knowledge of residential tenancy regulations and standards.Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.Must have a Class 2 Real Estate License, personal vehicle, and valid driver's license.Availability to work Saturdays.Benefits of Joining Propti Connect Experience based competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Ongoing training and career development opportunities.Supportive work culture focused on collaboration and growth.Flexible work options to support work-life balance.About Propti Connect
