They are leaders in Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) and have been expanding their Australian portfolio. They currently boast a robust presence across Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Canberra. The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Manager for their new student accommodation property located in Sydney. Responsibilities

Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of the property, including but not limited to property management, leasing & lease renewals, pastoral care, facilities management, and customer service. Have detailed knowledge of all management agreements and ensure that the business performs and exceeds expectations/KPIs on the key roles and responsibilities as outlined in the management agreements. Ensure the property is operated and maintained to the highest level, including cleanliness, safety and service standards. Solid understanding and implementation of operational management principles, regulations, and best practices. Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Ensure a collaborative relationship with the sales and marketing team and provide support when needed.

Skills And Experience

You will ideally have a bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate or related field. You will have proven management and leadership experience in the Purpose-Built Student Accommodation industry or similar, with at least 5 years experience.
